Squibb designs and builds the data architecture, applied AI systems, and capability programs that decide whether intelligent decision-making actually works. Our work spans regulated financial data, operational and industrial systems, sensor and telemetry intelligence, document and unstructured data, and the applied AI layer that now sits on top of all of it.
Two practices, one Squibb. The technology and data practice, led by founder Bakul Krishana (BK), builds modern data platforms, semantic and governance layers, agentic AI systems, and the analytics infrastructure enterprise teams actually trust. The learning and development practice, led by co-founder Priyanka Agarwal, designs AI literacy, curriculum, and capability programs that make complex ideas land with real people.

Our Story
In 2017, we built Squibb around a single observation. Most enterprise data, AI, and training programs fail for the same reason: the systems and the people using them are built by different teams, with different assumptions, for different outcomes. The technology is rarely the problem. The design between the technology and the humans is.
We started in education because that is where the discipline of making complex ideas clear is strongest. Curriculum design, content architecture, instructional strategy. This is how you learn to build something people will actually understand before you hand it to them. That discipline shaped everything that came later.
From that foundation, we moved into the places where enterprise data and AI investments were failing. Risk and finance data at one of the world’s largest banks. Upstream oil and gas operations across multiple majors. Data trust frameworks inside regulated mortgage servicing. Each engagement looked different on the surface. Underneath, the problem was always the same: someone had built a system without designing for the people who would run it.
Today, Squibb operates as two practices under one name. Bakul Krishana (BK) leads the technology and data practice, bringing two decades of enterprise data architecture and applied AI experience. Priyanka Agarwal leads the learning and development practice, with deep expertise in curriculum design, instructional strategy, and capability programs for enterprise and education clients. She was recognised as HeyKey Women Entrepreneur of the Year 2025.
Nine years in, the conviction hasn’t changed. Systems work when the people running them are part of the design from the start.
